Such a confounding challenge. Though I suppose I should have expected as match from the toxic terrors lurking within the Gym's walls.

Next, I shall prepare for challenging the precognitive powers of the Saffron City Gym. It seems that even I, Gundam Tanaka, the Supreme Overlord of Ice, can become a creature of routine now that our ominous October is at an end.

What I would like an answer to is thus, has the same happened to the rest of you, or do you still tremble in fear at the otherworldly forces that transformed this world?

A mobile suit equipped with beam sabers and a DODS Lancer, amongst other weapons, plus a whole crew with similar equipment. Along with the battleship to house them all, of course.

And do you really believe that the chaos we faced could be quelled simply by physical armaments?

It would have done nothing against those partial transformations, but even the most determined love child of a Zubat and a Growlithe can go squish, when enough pressure is applied.

It most certainly would have. Especially considering there are far more humane options of restraining such creatures.

True. My suit's chest floodlight would be enough to daze any non-blind Pokémon and soften them up for capture. Along with everyone else on the field, but the damage wouldn't be permanent.

Such tactics may be underhanded, but would certainly be preferable.

There's nothing wrong with a little underhandedness if it keeps you in one piece. Especially when you're up against a mix of poisonous sludge and magma.

Even one such as I, whose very blood contains toxins best left unmentioned, cannot disagree with that.

...You should probably go see the nurses. I'm sure they can fix that, given enough time and a list of those toxins.

Such an effort would be futile. My very nature is not something that can be so easily corrected.
