What I would like an answer to is thus, has the same happened to the rest of you, or do you still tremble in fear at the otherworldly forces that transformed this world?

It's bad customer service, anyway, not only does it put undue distress on a person, but we're not allowed to fraternize with humans in that manner anyway. Unfortunately not a lot of people apply to be guides to the afterlife, so we have to take what we can get.
