[On the screen is one Gundam Tanaka who seems to be slightly, okay more than slightly, alarmed by the recent Christmas surprise.

Oh, and an egg.]

This...this...egg appears to have burst forth from the void itself, seeing as it is neither one of the ones I have recently obtained nor is it one that my fearsome creatures have produced.

I have yet to experience such a thing, even though I have seen things that would drive any mere human mad. So my question is this, what sort of unimaginable terror slumbers within, and what unseen foe could have concocted such a devious scheme?

[Seriously, where did this come from?]

I demand you make yourself known, so that you may face your own undoing at the hands of I, Gundam Tanaka!

[...or so he can ask where the hell the egg came from. That's way more likely.]

Yes, it is. I think it's based around the holidays.

[No witchcraft involved! Or, well, maybe witchcraft. Johto witchcraft?? We just don't know.]

Ah, no, I don't think most people would expect something like this to happen to everyone. It's strange enough that one person would find a random egg, much less everyone else here.

But therein lies the enigma. What sort of unknown force or being could possibly cause such a thing to happen?

[He's just sort of rambling, but yes, he's curious as to how exactly something could give everyone an egg on a holiday. There's that llama thing from Halloween sure, but he wasn't there and didn't get to meet it.]

That's a good question. There are a lot of unexplained things about this place, and I think a lot of us have just accepted it as something we're probably not going to figure out.

I see. Such is to be expected of mere mortals. Of course, I have no plans to accept such meaningless limitations.

It's not that no one's looking for answers, it's just that there are a lot of us who have been here for years and after awhile you get tired of coming up empty. There's still no solution for how to get home, for instance.

Perhaps you're right. Perhaps these mysteries have merely been waiting. Waiting for one such as I. One such as Gundam Tanaka, mankind's natural foe, to appear and vanquish them!
